Ruku and Its Rulings

The limbs becoming still and settled in a posture.

proper settling of postures
Performing prayer postures with proper settled form rather than rushing.

tasbih
Glorifying Allah, including “Subhana Rabbiyal-‘Azim” in ruku.
Now learn the ruling
Ruku is one of the pillars of salah. In language, ruku means bending. In prayer it means bowing the back and head in the prescribed manner.
