Anger is a human feeling. The moral question is what we do with it. We can feel upset when treated unfairly, yet we must not hit someone, spread insults or destroy property. The Qur’an praises people who restrain anger and pardon others. Restraining anger does not mean tolerating abuse in silence: seek protection and report harmful behaviour to a responsible adult.
When upset, practise a short pause, move away from immediate conflict if safe, breathe steadily and choose respectful words. Later, explain what happened and ask for a fair solution. We can say, “I am angry because my book was taken without permission. Please return it.” This is stronger and more useful than attacking the person’s character.
