Qist Maktab · Islamic Studies · Class 6
A Muslim is part of a family, school, neighbourhood and wider society. Social responsibility means caring about needs beyond our own comfort, following fair shared rules and helping to solve problems peacefully. The Qur’an directs us to cooperate in goodness and mindfulness of Allah, not in wrongdoing. Small consistent acts can make a real difference: organising books, protecting drinking water and including a new pupil.
We can plan a school service project with clear roles, adult permission, safe tasks and a simple record of what changed. Charity must preserve people’s dignity and privacy; we should not post photographs of recipients or collect personal information without valid permission. Helping is better when it is respectful, organised and sustainable.
