The Prophet ﷺ encouraged people to make matters easy rather than needlessly difficult. This does not mean ignoring Allah’s commands; it means teaching with patience, choosing reasonable methods and helping people take suitable steps toward what is right. A good teacher and student both value kindness.
We can make learning easier for a younger pupil by explaining one step at a time, offering a second chance and avoiding unnecessary criticism. Islam’s concern for ease is joined with honesty and discipline, not carelessness. We should also ask for help when a task seems overwhelming.
