Muslims believe that life in this world is followed by resurrection, judgement and the life to come. Allah knows every deed, including kindness that nobody else notices. Belief in the Last Day gives our daily decisions moral importance, even when no person is watching us.
The Last Day is not a subject for frightening one another with imagined details. We study what the Qur’an teaches with both hope in Allah’s mercy and responsibility for our actions. When we have hurt someone, we should seek forgiveness and try to repair the harm while we can.
