The Names and Attributes of Allah

Allah has beautiful names that tell us about His perfection. For example, Ar-Rahman tells us about His vast mercy, Al-'Alim tells us that His knowledge is complete, and Al-Qadir tells us that He has perfect power.

We learn these names from the Qur'an and authentic Sunnah. We do not invent names for Allah from our own imagination. Knowing His names should increase our love, awe, trust and worship.
