Leadership is an entrusted responsibility, not a licence for privilege. A good leader explains decisions, listens to criticism, allocates work fairly and accepts scrutiny. Accountability requires records, procedures and willingness to correct errors. Service is measured partly by how the least powerful members are treated. Students should connect these principles to classroom roles and later professional life.
